Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

The place was fairly clean, I liked its location and staff. The restaurant was great, it had wonderful meals.

Hotel was clean and convenient with accommodating staff and stunning location close to everything. Had brand-new and huge room, it included central heating, a personal safe and pay TV.

All of the staff members were pleasant and welcoming.

Brilliant base for one night in Chicago.

We had a really amazing time in this urban hotel in Chicago. The room was modern with a microwave and had a personal safe, pay TV and a cable TV with on-demand movies. Everything was really good, even so a few employees were not very friendly.

The hotel was well priced and overall clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was best possible close to many restaurants and shopping. I loved that, I have never been in a better venue.

Staff and location were excellent, I loved every detail. It was a nice stay.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

It had perfect location and staff. Set close enough to the attractions, the Navy Pier and shops and restaurants and stores in the central area. The restaurant had cold food. Swimming pool was excellent too.

I liked that the reception was excellent. Immaculate & cosy unit with a great view, 2 queen beds, as example.

The breakfast was outstanding there, the beds were large, all you need for a RELAXING stay.

It was clean and relaxing place, had cool location and staff. Location next to restaurants, downtown, the Navy Pier. Plus it was walking distance to chicago skyline. Comfortable bedroom, lovely bed:)))

I loved fantastic staff and location, and so much more. The property was set in a busy area. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, WiFi, TV and terrace. Generally everything was good, even so the bathroom was way too small.

Fascinating location, suitable room, luxurious bathroom, exceptionally courteous folks. Panoramic view, a beautiful balcony, amazing bed, too. Poolside bar and clean pool. Walking distance to the clean beach. An outdoor restaurant was popular!

Big size room, big beds, nice pool. Incredibly nice staff kept the whole place spotless.

Everything was fine, hotel offers SPECTACULAR service and extremely convenient location.

Along with just fine rooms, there is a public parking nearby. Decent stay in the local area.

The hotel was contemporary, our room was updated, we loved it. Generally the service was friendly.

Perfectly comfortable beds, superb location, so clean. Spotless quite room with a big enough bathroom. The housekeeping staff was willing to help during whole stay. Breakfast every morning was free.

Awesome location and amazing atmosphere. Moreover, we had no problems with Wi-Fi.

This hotel was amazing base for exploring Chicago, really loved it. The bed was comfortable and there were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge in the room. Only 20 min walk to downtown. Besides, it has WiFi throughout the property😀

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.
